Stretch your arms one by one
Lift your legs one by one
On count of three bend forward
Breathe in and breathe out
Slowly ease one by one
An asana which you have just done!

Lay down on your stomach
Stretch left arm forward
Stretch right leg backward
Breathe in and breathe out
Left and right and right and left
Another asana which you have just done!

 

Sit with your legs crossed
Keep your palms facing down
With your chin up
Breathe in and breathe out
An  asana in which Mediation is done!

 

Lay down on your back
Calm your muscles and stretch your limbs
Focus on a Kendra or look for a Bindu
Breathe in and breathe out
This was the best asana which was done!
